Stephanie O’Leary is passionate about solving clients’ financial and operational challenges.
In her more than 26 years in the financial and accounting fields, she has grown her expertise while helping her clients achieve their organizational financial goals. Stephanie specializes in the educational and nonprofit sectors, serving as both a consultant and an outsourced CFO for 16 years and in nonprofits directly for 9 years.
Her extensive background in technical accounting, strategic financial management, and financial technology enables Stephanie to analyze a company’s processes. Her expert analysis coupled with her aptitude in financial software allow her to determine the best course of action and the best tools for the job. She learns about the institutions she works with, becoming an extension of their team.
Stephanie’s areas of expertise range from financial oversight, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, grant administration, and developing and improving processes and procedures. She has served as part-time CFO and special projects specialist for countless organizations. She has employed her expertise in complex accounting and tax credit issues for private schools and universities, community development centers, and human service organizations.
Stephanie also creates training programs and leads seminars, teaching her clients’ teams and continuing to educate them before, during, and after her plan’s implementation.
